Position objective

Support all inbound transportation to the Queretaro site for both divisions (Vehicles and

Engines) mainly with our budget, providing the finance team with our 3 PL’s and carrier

invoices on time, for us to manage our forecast and expenses.

Roles & responsibilities

Provide support to management in achieving the Logistics’ goals.

Review the performance of the internal KPI’s every month.

Budgeting and forecasting logistics operations.

Support the team in Canada for all the “non-stock shipments” coming from, the new projects; giving status, answering emails, and filing reports.

Support our internal and external audits, like ISO, C TPAT and OEA.

Provide the information for creating the bill of lading complement (Complemento Carta porte).

Design, develop, and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency (Including financial budgets).

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Fill and maintain updated reports we share with the other departments.

Position profile:

Bachelor in: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, logistics engineering or related field.

Professional Experience: 

At least 3 years In: Similar position

Language:

Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

English written and verbal (Min: 90%).

Knowledge of French or German is an advantage

Technical skills (Minimum desired)

Strong knowledge of Excel, pivot table reports

Strong planning knowledge and problem-solving abilities

Experience in transportation or related fields

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Database management skills are an advantage
