We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Transportation Analyst in Morton, IL.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Analyst manages end-to end order fulfillment for North American dealers, ensuring accurate processing from placement to invoicing and delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between dealers, factories, and business partners to address customer requests and deliver optimal solutions, as well as support process improvements, lean initiatives, and automation projects.

What You Will Do:

Participate in cross functional meetings to solve problems with orders and delivery.Coordinate order management collaboration between multiple process partners to meet dealer requirements.Analyze sales orders and production requirements to determine delivery dates.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve performance issues.Support process partners in transportation to ensure delivery to the customers on time.Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to dealers to ensure transparency throughout the fulfillment process.Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory solutions.Utilize data analytics to identify trends and implement improvements that enhance the overall order management and customer service experience.

What You Have (Required Skills):

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.Previous experience in a customer service environment

Summary Pay Range:

$79,800.00 - $119,760.00
