Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. This full-time position is located at Hobby Lobby Transportation Building which is located at the corporate campus in Oklahoma City.
Responsibilities include:Provide support to the Vice President of Transportation by assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. Answering phone calls, greet visitors and correspond with employees and managers throughout the company. Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy of data and also contacting vendor or departments to resolve any discrepancies.Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking.Responsible for sorting and delivering the daily mail.Order and manage office supplies.
