Ensure VOR/Defect Management processes are followed, including updating the defect log and uploading into Axscend.
Complete general admin duties: filing, responding to queries and claims, and handling manager requests to deadlines.
Monitor EPOD compliance daily, ensuring all drivers follow correct processes.
Log events in the WTS system and submit KPI Safety Tools weekly.
Maintain payroll spreadsheets, entering weekly timesheets and resolving payroll/pay queries promptly.

Deliver Toolbox Talks and ensure safety actions on Evotix are signed off.
Support new processes, projects, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
**What you need to succeed at XPO:**
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to compliance.
Confident with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Axscend, Evotix, and EPOD is a plus.
Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is preferred.
