✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nAccountable for the delivery of all aspects of the shift operation ensuring the delivery of efficient & customer focussed service\nEnsure colleagues are managed effectively to achieve all required standards of operational performance\nManaging transport resources to ensure safe & legal operations, enforce walk around inspections, load security and gatehouse checks\nConduct effective shift briefs and performance dialogues\nSupporting the achievement of all operational & financial KPI's\nManage Driver performance/behaviours through Telematics to identify any major discrepancies and manage through the appropriate processes\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nMust have previous experience within a management role\nMust have previous experience within a transport environment\nPrevious experience within legal compliance for transport\nStrong communications skills\n\n
