✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nReporting to the General Manager, your role will hold full accountability for transport sites within your region (Harlow and Rushden) as well as strategic development of the Transport Network\nAccoutable for performance (KPI, Cost, Safety, Service, People) of the transport operation\nManage and develop transport network within region and integrate nationally, to optimise cost and unlock synergies\nInvestigate / implement DHL initiatives and syneries through the Transport division to drive value for the Customer and DHL\nDeveloping a high performing team including succession planning, performance management, leadership capabilities and behaviours, management actions\nEnsure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both internal/external customers\nStakeholder management of key relationships (Customer, Contractors, Trade Union, Suppliers etc)\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nPrevious Transport Operations experience, at Regional or larger operational level is essential \nInternational CPC is essential\nO License holder (or willing to work towards) is essential\nBudget management and cost controls\nKnowledge of transport planning, forecasting, regulations\nExcellent communicator across all levels\nPresentation skills - Able to articulate KPI's/data\nAbility to balance conflicting priorities\n\n
