**About the Role:**
● 10 - 15 years of experience in Fleet Management for Employees with a minimum of 03 years in a managerial role.
● Responsible for all transport activities, planning scheduling liaison for transport arrangements,assistingsupervisorindutiespertainingtotransportationissuesin supervisor's absence.
● Developandimplementtransportpoliciesandprocedurestoensurethesaf andefficient operation of the fleet.
● Managethetransportoperationsteam,includingdrivers,andprovidedirection as needed.
● Ensurecompliancewithallrelevantregulations,includingthoserelatedtosafety, environmental standards, and labour laws.
● Monitorandanalyzetransportmetricstoidentifyareasforimprovementandimplement changes as needed.
● Conductregulartrainingsessionsfordriversandtransportationstaff.
● Provideexcellentuserexperiencetousersandinternalstakeholders.
● Collaboratewithotherdepartmentstoensurealignmentandcoordinationacrosstheorganization.
● Coordinate with Transport Spoc’s to manage the day to day operations
● Flexibilitywithshiftandproficientinusingwebtools (MoveInSync is a must).
● EnsurethevehicleiskeptcleanedandDriversarewellgroomed/wellbehaved.
● Ensureemployeeloginandlogoutisontime,usingtechnologytomonitorandguide vehicles during traffic jams.● Bethefirstpointofcontactforanyuserescalations,ifany!
● Managefleetmaintenancewithoutdisruptingtheoperations.

● Providingaheads-upaspernewsreportsorinformationreceivedincaseofanytransport related issue.
● Handling COB situations as a single point of contact
● Risks and Mitigation Planning in all aspects
● Monthly / Quarterly reviews
● Meeting with Vendor Partners / Business monthly
● Plan,design&implementthetransportoperationsaspertheneedsoftheBusinessUnits and ensure transport services are provided to employees as defined in the SLA
● Ensuringsmoothoperationsofbothsites
● Keyroleinoperationsanddeliveringsuccessfulresults.
● Instrumentalinvendorselectionprocess.
● NextlevelofescalationforanylapsesandRCA
● ReviewsDaily/Weekly/Fortnightly/MonthlywithManagement
● VendorMeetingsandTrainingstoTeams
● Workonoverallefficienciesandoptimizationandmanagingthespendintermsoffleet, manpower & Ops
● Monitorandtakecorrectiveactiononoutcomefrom,UserexperienceSatisfactionSurvey results provided by Citi transport lead.
