Responsibilities\nEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, arrange a session with user or operation team to get a detailed picture of what the user wants, define requirements and monitor those through to implementation\nCoordinate with all stakeholders to design project scope and objectives, set and manage user expectations within the agreed business requirement document\nConvey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project team members and lead teams as required.\nCollaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners and working closely with operational team to accomplish required tasks and provide project updates.\nPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected, KPIs, etc.\nCreate informative, actionable report and develop integrated business analyses to support strategic decision-making\nRequirements\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation business\nExperience in PowerBI / Tableau is preferable\nBachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relate field\nHave strong experience in supply chain management or transport operation\nProven analytical background and ability to think structurally and systematically\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills\nStrong Communicate in English speaking / writing / listening/ reading\nExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.\n
