✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nTo be a 21st Century Manager leading and managing drivers and the wider Transport Team \nResponsible for the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to customer SLA's/KPI's\nTo schedule, prepare and conduct monthly 1-2-1's with all direct reports in line with OMS guidelines & allocated objectives\nManagement of short & long term driver absence and disciplinaries in line with policy, ensuring all colleagues comply with the DHL Code of conduct \nCarry out a minimum of 5 safety conversations per week while ensuring near miss & hazard reporting is being carried out \nPromote positive culture, supporting EOS initiatives including nominations for recognizing excellence\n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING

\n\nExperience of working as a supervisor/manager within the Logistics Industry\nTransport legal compliance \nH&S compliance, ensuring and promoting the best H&S Standards \nAccident / Investigation experience \nGood communication skills\nSupervisory skills - managing individual performance / absenteeism / conflict and development \nGood knowledge of Microsoft applications \n\n
