We're now looking for a Transport Controller/FLM to oversee and optimise our transportation operations, ensuring efficient logistics management, compliance with safety regulations, and effective coordination among teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

\n\nReview driver resource to match customer daily distribution plan\nManage driver holiday allocation\nTrack team and individual performance of your employees (Microlise, Tacho infringements , Contextual Speeding, Accidents) \nReview individual performance during monthly one to one\nManage accident investigation and retraining/formal sanctions if required\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum of 1 year experience in team management\nExcellent organisational skills\nKnowledge of working time legislation – preferred\nBackground in transport operations - preferred\n\n
