WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

\n\nManage customer proof of deliveries for scanning/uploading and action missing proof of deliveries and returns\nDaily brief and de-brief of drivers\nProcess paperwork as required - invoices\nOperate IT systems as required\nAccountable for delivering a high quality, customer focused service\nGeneral admin tasks\nInbound and outbound telephone calls to contractors, drivers, customer service and subcontractors \n\n

\n\nExperience working in a fast-moving transport operation is desirable\nAdmin and Data entry experience is essential \nAttention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent PC skills (Microsoft Office, excel spreadsheets)\nAble to communicate at all levels, internally and externally\nFull training will be provided \n\n
