We're now looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to support our logistics operations by managing transportation documentation, coordinating with carriers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the efficiency of our transport processes

\n\nManage fleet defects\nManage the trailer/vehicle pool for the site\nArranging for vehicle/trailer maintenance\nDealing with driver compliance via tachomaster\nSupport the fleet FLM, Fleet Manager and Transport Manager\nDealing with vendors that come on site\nCommunicating effectively with various parts of the business, including with the customer\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nExcellent organisational skills\nMust have experience in fleet management/transport operations\nKnowledge of working time legislation\nExcellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills\nExcellent communicator (verbal and written)\n\n
