Job Summary

The Transplant Data Specialist II position will provide data entry, abstraction help, and other clerical and advanced reporting duties.

Hybrid position located in Dallas Texas - will be required onsite as needed and for scheduled bi-annual meetings. 

Essential Functions of the Role

Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for external registries.Data abstraction and entry from patient's clinical source documents (charts, etc), as well as forms/wall charts for internal registries.Advanced quality audits of both internal and external registries.Advanced Registry Reporting ResponsibilitiesCustom Reporting and distribution.Charge entry and audits.Filing/scanning.Administration of external registries.Administration and user help/training for internal and external registries.

Key Success Factors

Associate's degree or higher preferred.Minimum of 3 years of pure data entry experience.Medical field experience strongly preferred.Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Teams)Able to work in an electronic (paper-free) work environment.
