**Duration: 12+ months contract with potential extends or Convert(REMOTE)** **Job Description:** + The TLSME position is a technical position covering all aspects of Transmission line design and construction. + The applicant will be actively engaged in team meetings and projects where communication and a team-oriented mindset are critical. + Less experienced team members look to the TLSME Team for technical guidance andleadership. + The applicant must be able to assert accurate responses within project timeframes. + The TLSME Team consists of multiple disciplines; the applicant must be comfortable engaging other TLSME expertise as needed to provide the best responses to the Project Engineers. + Applicants must have at least one area of expertise and be capable and enthusiastic to learn areas outside their expertise. **Responsibilities:** + Provide A+ technical support to the Project Engineering teams while maintaining the schedule and budget of assigned projects. + Use in depth Transmission line knowledge, teamwork, and engineering judgement to respond to project Requests for Information. + Develop, interpret, and implement Transmission line standards. + Lead and mentor Project Engineers to better understand technical requirements. + Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement. **Experience:** + Minimum of 8 years technically supporting a variety of Transmission line projects at 230kV or above. + Professional Engineer certification + Field experience + Experience developing standards **Skills:** + Excellent communication skills!
