We are looking for an enthusiastic Language Partner Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Translation Talent Manager will manage relationships with our translation and DTP agencies and linguists, lead initiatives to drive value, and ensure the highest quality of service. This role will be the main point of contact for translation/DTP suppliers and will oversee all on-boarding, utilization, performance and cost-related topics. This role will report directly to the Director of Language and Talent Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify Opportunities: Drive value and improve performance of existing and potential language partners.Innovation and Improvement: Seek ways to innovate processes, reduce costs, manage and reduce risk, and stimulate performance improvement in collaboration with our partners.Monitor Performance and Utilization: Gather feedback from relevant departments, review performance, and help in the creation and execution of improvement plans.Cost Management: Oversee the breakdown and analysis of translation costs, driving cost optimization.Manage business reviews: covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.Identify and Recruit Partners: Identify and recruit the best translation partners according to business needs.Analyze Business Needs: Analyze business needs to ensure alignment with IQVIA Translations strategy.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proven experience working with translation suppliers, managing assignments, contracts and payments.
