Job Description:
This is a pivotal position for an experienced professional who is enthusiastic about transformation. If you're prepared to harmonize strategy with BBBEE and Employment Equity compliance while fostering growth, this is your chance to influence policy, processes, and advancements.
Providing advise on the full BBBEE and Employment Equity lifecycle — from legislative interpretation and scorecard optimisation to verification readiness and development. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expert knowledge, strong relationship management, and a results-driven mindset.
Role Responsibilities:
Providing specialized guidance on BBBEE and Employment Equity legislation and sector codes
Conducting engaging workshops and training sessions on BBBEE principles
Developing tailored BBBEE strategies that align with business needs
Managing scorecards utilizing available tools
Facilitating preparation for verification and compliance and liaising with relevant parties
Supporting with supplier development, skills enhancement, and SED initiatives
Establishing and nurturing relationships with third-party providers
Driving the BBBEE and Employment Equity strategies in line with legislative requirements, targets and objectives of the business
Role Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in BBBEE consulting, transformation strategy and Employment Equity
In-depth knowledge of BBBEE legislation and scorecard frameworks
Strong administrative, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency with scorecard tools and ensuring audit readiness
A strategic, business-oriented mindset with the capacity to influence outcomes
