Job Summary

The Specialist, Procurement Transformation will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Team in key business goals for growth, cost savings, risk mitigation, working capital improvement and more. This role will interact directly with all procurement sub-teams and leaders to enable our Strategy across People, Process, Performance, Partnership and Planet. Performance management and strategy development will be coordinated with colleagues in each region.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to:

Manage Procurement KPIs:Maintain and monitor procurement performance KPIs across all Regional Category Teams and Center of Excellence hubsFacilitate monthly scorecard reviews with regional procurement leadersBe a key co-partner to the Procurement transformation and digitalization journeyCreate and sustain processes, tools, and on-going support structures that enable reuse and efficiencyDevelop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and managementFacilitate the organization:Track status of all vacancies within procurement including recruitment status as appropriateEnsure assignment of cost centers, titles, etc. align to procurement career ladder and organizational designAssist regional engagement teams with execution of functional engagement activitiesDevelop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and managementProject Enablement:Interface with procurement working teams including Process & Technology, Change Management, etc. to advance prioritized procurement improvement projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science/engineering, supply chain or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of business practices and financial concepts/impact/analyses (> 7 years)Strong people skills, project management, and experience in cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills and presentation skills (written and oral) and global interactionThrive in a collaborative work environment – work across functions, cultures and time zonesStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsDashboard creation in PowerBI or Tableau (plus)Experience in a Procurement environment (plus)Fluent in English (written and verbal)
