Transformation Program Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Program Manager** to join our **Transformation Team** , with a specific focus on the **integration of acquisitions** and full lifecycle program execution. This role is critical in driving strategic and operational alignment during times of change, ensuring that acquired businesses are successfully and seamlessly integrated into our organization. You will own the end-to-end management. You will work closely with senior leadership to challenge assumptions, coach stakeholders, and deliver tangible results. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic insight, operational excellence, and leadership presence. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Strategy & Planning:** Partner with corporate development and business leadership to define integration strategies and program goals aligned with broader company objectives. + **Program Ownership:** Lead full lifecycle management of assigned programs, including planning, scope definition, development, testing, production, and deployment. + **Execution Excellence:** Drive tactical execution and ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing dependencies and risk. + **Senior Leadership Collaboration:** Provide clear, timely, and effective communication to senior leadership. Lead regular executive updates, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums. + **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Coordinate across business, technology, product, operations, and shared services teams to ensure integration efforts are synchronized and fully supported. + **Coaching & Influence:** Coach and challenge leaders and team members to adopt transformation goals, identify blind spots, and continuously improve delivery outcomes. + **Customer Focus:** Build and maintain superior stakeholder relationships across the business. Act as a program ambassador and point of contact for business sponsors. + **Program Governance:** Create and manage detailed program plans, performance metrics, and governance structures. Ensure adherence to project management and change management standards. + **Continuous Improvement:** Identify gaps and opportunities across the integration and product/project development lifecycle.
