This role involves meticulously building, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of the overarching Integrated Project Plan (IPP), managing dependencies, critical paths, and conducting scenario analyses to keep the transformation roadmap viable. The manager is also responsible for translating complex program data into clear reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries using data visualization tools to communicate progress, risks, and performance to leadership and stakeholders. Ultimately, the position supports informed decision-making and keeps the transformation on track by providing essential visibility through diligent plan management and comprehensive reporting.
