Transformation Office - Integrated Project Plan & Reporting Manager

By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to thousands of dealers and millions of customers in over one hundred countries around the world. **In this position...** + This role involves meticulously building, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of the overarching Integrated Project Plan (IPP), managing dependencies, critical paths, and conducting scenario analyses to keep the transformation roadmap viable. + The manager is also responsible for translating complex program data into clear reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries using data visualization tools to communicate progress, risks, and performance to leadership and stakeholders. + Ultimately, the position supports informed decision-making and keeps the transformation on track by providing essential visibility through diligent plan management and comprehensive reporting. **What you'll do...** + Integrated Project Plan (IPP) Management: + Develop, establish, and maintain the master Integrated Project Plan (IPP) consolidating all transformation initiatives. + Define and enforce standards for project plan inputs to ensure consistency and quality. + Regularly update the IPP to reflect progress, changes, and re-forecasts. + IPP Accuracy, Integrity & Analysis: + Ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of all data within the IPP. + Facilitate IPP reconciliation and quality assurance processes. + Conduct "what-if" analysis and timeline replanning to maintain a realistic roadmap. + Dependency & Critical Path Oversight: + Identify, document, and monitor cross-project dependencies and resource constraints. + Oversee critical path milestones, ensuring comprehensive dependency mapping and analysis. + Reporting, Dashboards & KPIs: + Design and manage the program's reporting framework and cadence. + Co-develop and maintain executive reports, program KPIs, and dashboards. + Analyze program performance against the IPP, highlighting key insights, risks, and trends. + Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Confluence, Looker) to create clear and compelling reports. + Stakeholder Engagement & Data Synchronization: + Engage regularly with Transformation Managers and Project Managers to ensure data accuracy in the IPP and linked systems (e.g., Jira). + Serve as a central point of contact for integrated plan status and dependencies. + Process Support: + Support the change request process, ensuring impacts are assessed and tracked within the IPP. + Support tracking and reporting of risks, issues, defects, and decisions related to the IPP. + Continuous Improvement: + Contribute to improving Transformation Office processes, templates, and tools related to planning and reporting. **You'll have...** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline. + 5+ years in a relevant discipline + Project/program management experience in a PMO or Transformation Office setting. + Experience contributing to or managing workstreams in large-scale transformation programs. + Proven expertise in the creation, management, and analysis of complex Integrated Project Plans (IPPs). + Demonstrated success developing and delivering executive-level program reporting. + Proficiency across enterprise project management, software development, and data visualization platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Looker). + Advanced analytical skills, emphasizing data accuracy and trend analysis. + Experience overseeing formal change control, risk, and issue management. + Advanced command of MS Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong organizational, interpersonal, and influencing capabilities. + Experience integrating Agile delivery (e.g., using Jira) into a master schedule/IPP. **Even better, you may have...** + PMP or Agile Certification + Experience in the financial services industry You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
