We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transformation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Oversee initiative level risks and issues, lead and coordinate resolution, pre-empt and ensure timely escalation, across stakeholder matrixHave a strong risk and control mindset to ensure markets compliance with banking regulations and internal policies Work with PMO and Value Stream Leads to review and handle funding demand and change requests for the Asia Transformation PortfolioFacilitate and support senior management decision making by use of management information analytics, performance insights, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategyBuild strong relationships with market executive team and be a trusted advisor to achieve strategic transformation outcomes and delivery prudenceEnforce holistic planning and delivery governance and reporting framework for in scope initiativesEmbrace innovative approaches where appropriate and challenge where necessary to ensure best overall customer and business outcomesBuild self-knowledge across several different businesses and product lines and functions and bringing different parts of the organization together to ensure regulatory complianceOperate at management level, working across global businesses and regions and maintain a global perspective on business transformationSupport capability uplift, best practice sharing in collaboration among team members
