Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Transformation & Operational ExcellenceEvaluate and optimize existing Operations structures, workflows, and governance practices to enhance efficiency and cross-functional execution.Identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvements using LEAN, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.Drive development and continuous improvement of business processes, focusing on scalability, speed, and quality.
Sales Enablement through ServicesReimagine the Service function as a key sales differentiator by defining clear value propositions, SLAs, and success metrics.Collaborate with sales leadership to align Services with go-to-market strategies and elevate customer confidence in delivery.Build a Services matrix to define standard work through the clarification of roles & responsibilities, capabilities, delivery tiers, and resource requirements to support customer needs.Build standard work templates to support resource and project planning and ensure safe and repeatable Service delivery.
Customer Experience & LoyaltyLead customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives, including VOC (Voice of the Customer), TNPS, and root-cause analysis to identify actionable improvements.Create a framework for customer intimacy through feedback loops, personalized engagement, and performance transparency.
Forecasting & Strategic PlanningPartner with Commercial and Operations teams to align orders forecasting with service and resource capacity planning.Establish tools and cadences to improve forecast accuracy and proactively resolve delivery gaps.
Program & Portfolio ManagementLead region-wide Operations initiatives and programs with a focus on outcomes, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.Provide executive-level visibility into Operational performance through real-time dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics.
Leadership & CultureFoster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.Serve as a cross-functional leader bridging Project Engineering, Commercial, Service, and Operations to drive cohesive execution.
Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in transformation, program management, or operational leadership in industrial, energy, or automation sectors.Proven success in optimizing PMOs, scaling operations, and delivering service as a competitive advantage.Strong background in grid automation, energy systems, or high-tech/regulated industries.Experience with sales forecasting, resource modeling, and services planning.Demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma, LEAN, and Agile methodologies.Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:PMP or PgMP CertificationSix Sigma Black Belt or Master Black BeltBackground in utility software, SCADA, or control systemsExperience with global teams and complex supply chain/logistics environments
**For US Based Candidates**
The base pay range for this position is 154,800.00-206,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This role is also eligible for a 15% variable incentive bonus. This posting is expected to close on 8/8/25.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
