**Job Location** : Altamonte Springs, Fl
**Shift:** Full-Time, Monday-Friday
**The role you will contribute:**
The Transformation Analyst will gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative communications data to help create relative insights and recommendations based on findings. This data can include market details, departmental productivity numbers, and any other information relevant to the success of the department/organization. This role will also serve as a liaison with markets as necessary. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, providing support to the communications function and promotion of the operating model.

· Research, analysis, and presentation of data.
· Develop standard and ad hoc reports, scorecards, and metrics.
· Collaborates with leadership regarding requests for data/projects/initiatives, highlighting issues and providing recommendations addressing issues and priorities.
· Participates in working groups, councils and committees as assigned.
· Manages special projects.
· Troubleshoots data and reports.
· Assists in rollout and implementation of department initiatives.
· Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
· Acts as technical consultant in support of the department function.
· Maintains knowledge of appliable accrediting bodies’ requirements and governmental reporting to ensure compliance, as applicable to the department function.
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, or related field.
· 3 years of experience in human resources, finance, business, or related field.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel (lookup and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to create detailed and complex spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Good research abilities.
· Strong understanding of best practice and processes in field of work.
