This data can include market details, departmental productivity numbers, and any other information relevant to the success of the department/organization. This role will also serve as a liaison with markets as necessary. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, providing support to the communications function and promotion of the operating model. **The value you will bring to the team:** · Research, analysis, and presentation of data. · Develop standard and ad hoc reports, scorecards, and metrics. · Collaborates with leadership regarding requests for data/projects/initiatives, highlighting issues and providing recommendations addressing issues and priorities. · Participates in working groups, councils and committees as assigned. · Manages special projects. · Troubleshoots data and reports. · Assists in rollout and implementation of department initiatives. · Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. · Acts as technical consultant in support of the department function. · Maintains knowledge of appliable accrediting bodies’ requirements and governmental reporting to ensure compliance, as applicable to the department function. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** · Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, or related field. · 3 years of experience in human resources, finance, business, or related field. · Advanced knowledge of Excel (lookup and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint. · Ability to create detailed and complex spreadsheets, charts, and presentations. · Excellent analytical skills. · Good research abilities. · Strong understanding of best practice and processes in field of work.
