IFDS has a unique opportunity that would suit an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to develop and grow with exposure to all aspects of Investor and Distributor Services in a small/large cross border team.
Who we are looking for
Reporting to the Dealing Services Officer, this role offers an opportunity to join a fast-paced team within a growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to investors, by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades, in line with KPIs and SLAs. You will have the opportunity to build on your existing Transfer Agency skills, to provide supervision and direction to colleagues, and to provide guidance and excellent customer service to investors. A major focus will be on procedures and process improvement, performance management of staff, client interaction and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and with the relevant short, medium and long-term goals, objectives and values of the company.
Your Responsibilities
• Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis.
• Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems, review practices and act as a catalyst for change and improvement.
• Gain broad expertise on company products.
• Assist in the delivery of on-the-job training and development of other Associates.
• Build and maintain internal network of contacts/liaise with other departments.
• Provide/seek regular feedback to/from team leader.
• Act as an effective team player & deputy for immediate supervisor when appropriate always observing proper standards of market and personal conduct.
Education/Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Have strong attention to detail and appreciate the importance of completing work ‘right first time’ against daily deadlines.
You understand the importance of customer service excellence and have a ‘can do’ attitude with strong written and oral communication skills.
You are keen to learn and develop and you enjoy being part of an energetic and growing team.
