Overview Are you ready to drive PepsiCo’s digital evolution and accelerate transformation across our global operations? The main purpose of the role is Provide functional IBP support for Supply/ Finance S&OE/ S&OP in O9 and drive process adoption. Responsibilities Your day-to-day- with us: Functional Sector Business Partner for SP/ Finance SOE/P within o9/ IBP Provide business governance for defect tickets with product team to drive effective resolution Lead RAB/ CAB process to articulate benefit/ effort of structural change requests that feed continuous improvement pipeline Prioritise the continuous improvements to deliver the highest value changes in sequence Communicate delivery plans in line with sustain capacity/ SLAs Connect within the functional network (Supply Chain, Finance & Commercial) for SOE/ SOP across BU/ Sector & Global Ensure the O9 solution delivers the business requirements for SOP/E in each of the core forums Identify process adherence/ change management topics vs technical O9 changes Partner with BU IBP leads to drive process adherence framework and governance Ensure user training and change testing documentation remains updated Support BU maturity assessment validation and action plan delivery Deliver business growth in Revenue, Profit and Share across Europe Qualifications What you will need to succeed: Degree /MBA in relevant discipline with minimum of 10+ years planning experience showing excellent thinking/problem solving skills. Strong experience on Global Projects to lead sustain framework and methodology Prior work experience and exposure to business intelligence and data visualisation technologies. Strong analytical and logical skills with ability to make recommendation after anlysing the situation and process improvement skills. Very deep knowledge of financial, demand, supply planning, S&OP and analytics. Strategic acumen and the ability to develop approaches which address short, medium and long term business objectives Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills – ability to work constructively across different teams to get great results on the commited timelines What makes us different?
