Job Description
Exceed customer expectations by anticipating, understanding, and their needs. Be proactive and timely to resolve operational challenges, including escalation to management when necessary. Build rapport and exhibit empathy and consistency during interactions, to improve customer satisfaction with customers. Maintain good relationships with service providers.Consistently generate accurate invoices on the first submission, adhering to the principle: “Invoice correctly the first time, every time.”Complete all billing activities promptly and in alignment with operational standards and KPIs.Assist in client audits related to billing to resolve accounts receivable disputes, and support audits of service provider invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy.Participate in implementing system changes and enhancements.Promote a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.Maintain precise data entry in billing systems to support proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting principles.Access and follow all current customers’ standard operating procedures.Support the transition of new business/updates to existing Billing SOPs.
Qualifications
6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceEffective interpersonal skills, including proven verbal and written skillsDetailed oriented with ability to manage multiple job functions with minimal supervisionPro-active, strong problem solving skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word)Fluent in English
