As a Transactions Specialist IV within the Card Production Team, you will be responsible for a variety of financial card production processes, including card encoding/embossing, match-merge, and inserting.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensures that all processes are completed within specific guidelines as mandated by VISA and MasterCard
• Conform to and uphold all audit standards as outlined in process procedures
• Communicate and work with technicians to resolve machine related problems
• Additionally, must be able to maintain all quality and productivity department standards
• Machine preparation and clean up must also be performed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Must have PC experience, problem solving and analytical skills required, with ability to think independently, Self-motivated, proactive, proven ability to learn, ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure, strong planning, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to act on own initiative, be accurate, reliable and demonstrate confidence in processes, Must be team-oriented, with solid interpersonal skills, Candidate must be control-oriented and have a keen eye for detail, strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various areas of the firm and levels of management
• Must be able to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts, Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10 hours shift
• Must be able to meet and maintain Total Quality Management Philosophies and Productivity standards
• Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operation procedures, and new technology, able to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success
• Able to prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreements, must be able to react in a deadline driven environment, consistently meet deadlines, solve problems and drive for results
• Must be comfortable working in a secure environment and working in an area that is under constant surveillance, Willing to participate and maintain departmental work area maintenance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• High school diploma, or five years of production environment work history
• Previous machine operator experience
• Should be comfortable in an ever-changing environment
Work Schedule: 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday; 10:30 PM - 7 AM
15 % Shift Differential
You will be required to work a variable schedule, based on production needs. CPC is a 24-hour/6-day operation, including holidays.
