**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for processing lease renewals and terminations.
This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, lease administration, and audit services.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
+ Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.
+ Assist with the preparation of special projects.
+ Organize, review, and manage data collection to facilitate effective client and stakeholder communications.
+ Assist client with comprehensive transaction lifecycles, including allocation, negotiation support, deal term analysis, process oversight, landlord relations, and final closeout.
+ Develop and deliver reports, alongside administration and coordination of special initiatives.
+ Track critical lease dates and transaction milestones to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and challenges throughout the transaction process, ensuring smooth execution.
+ Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in commercial real estate transactions, particularly within the retail sector, with a strong understanding of leases, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and financial modeling.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
+ Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Enthusiastic and highly professional communication skills for engaging effectively with real estate professionals nationwide.
+ Solution-oriented team player mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and collaborative growth.
