Introduction to the team
Members of our Transaction Services group will work alongside private equity firms, strategic clients and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence as well as other MA activities. Members will routinely work directly with c-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:
Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industriesConduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findingsCreate draft reports for management reviewResearch issues that arise during the course of engagementQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or a related field requiredMinimum 1 year of related experience preferredPrevious experience in a public accounting firm preferredCPA preferred. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
