Transaction Management
Manage full transaction lifecycle for industrial real estate deals including LOIs, leases, sales, renewals, and closingsCoordinate internal workflows and documentation such as listing agreements, commission forms, and confidentiality agreementsServe as the point of contact for Salesforce (Engage) updates, pipeline tracking, and reportingSupport broker needs across multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time deliverablesLiaise with legal teams, landlords, tenants, and clients to maintain deal progress and ensure compliance with brokerage standardsMarketing Project Oversight
Lead project coordination for team marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, and pitch decksPartner with internal marketing professionals to ensure content aligns with brand standards and project timelinesUse Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint to update, edit, and support the production of marketing materials as neededProvide quality control across marketing pieces, ensuring visual consistency, accurate data, and clear messagingMarket Research and Strategy Support
Collaborate with internal research professionals to compile market data, comparables, and trends to support client deliverablesTranslate raw data into clear, actionable insights for presentations, BOVs, and marketing narrativesStay informed on industrial market metrics, local submarkets, and economic indicators relevant to team strategy and client needsTeam Administrative and Operations Support
Maintain team systems, shared drives, and templates to support daily workflow and operationsCoordinate broker calendars, client meetings, internal check-ins, and project deadlinesSupport onboarding and integration of new team members while implementing process improvementsTrack project milestones, manage action items, and ensure broker deliverables are executed to a high standardQualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally within brokerage operations or transaction coordinationFamiliarity with industrial asset types and real estate transaction processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPointExperience using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (Engage), for contact management, pipeline tracking, and reportingStrong written communication, formatting, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident in client-facing settings and professional communicationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferredReal estate license is not required but is considered a plusCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
