**Job Title** Transaction Manager **Job Description Summary** Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Manager to support a fast-paced, high-performing Industrial Brokerage Team. This role is a key driver of team efficiency and client success, managing transaction workflows, coordinating marketing deliverables, and supporting team operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented, collaborative environment, is experienced in juggling multiple transactions, and excels at partnering cross-functionally with marketing, research, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a polished, professional presence in client-facing interactions and communications. **Job Description** **Transaction Management** + Manage full transaction lifecycle for industrial real estate deals including LOIs, leases, sales, renewals, and closings + Coordinate internal workflows and documentation such as listing agreements, commission forms, and confidentiality agreements + Serve as the point of contact for Salesforce (Engage) updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting + Support broker needs across multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time deliverables + Liaise with legal teams, landlords, tenants, and clients to maintain deal progress and ensure compliance with brokerage standards **Marketing Project Oversight** + Lead project coordination for team marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, and pitch decks + Partner with internal marketing professionals to ensure content aligns with brand standards and project timelines + Use Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint to update, edit, and support the production of marketing materials as needed + Provide quality control across marketing pieces, ensuring visual consistency, accurate data, and clear messaging **Market Research and Strategy Support** + Collaborate with internal research professionals to compile market data, comparables, and trends to support client deliverables + Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for presentations, BOVs, and marketing narratives + Stay informed on industrial market metrics, local submarkets, and economic indicators relevant to team strategy and client needs **Team Administrative and Operations Support** + Maintain team systems, shared drives, and templates to support daily workflow and operations + Coordinate broker calendars, client meetings, internal check-ins, and project deadlines + Support onboarding and integration of new team members while implementing process improvements + Track project milestones, manage action items, and ensure broker deliverables are executed to a high standard **Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally within brokerage operations or transaction coordination + Familiarity with industrial asset types and real estate transaction processes + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPoint + Experience using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (Engage), for contact management, pipeline tracking, and reporting + Strong written communication, formatting, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail + Confident in client-facing settings and professional communications + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred + Real estate license is not required but is considered a plus Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
