As a Transaction Manager you will be:

By joining the our Global Account Team, you will work with our large, multinational Client through framework contracts covering all real estate professions; liaising with both JLL colleagues and the Client. Reporting to the Global Transaction Lead, you will participate in real estate transactions globally with a focus on EMEA region.

What this job involves

Managing transaction projects from start to finish: monitoring the progress of projects managed by JLL, liaising with brokers, progress reporting, reporting on alerts and actions, and remediation if necessary;Maintaining the Client relationship: providing transaction updates on weekly Client calls, participating in QBRs and year end review;Delivering high-level advice: in support of Client's real estate strategy, information collecting on real estate markets from local brokers/Research teams (communications on commercial real estate trends, innovations or carrying out analyses of specific markets/situations) and liaising with Client legal team on leasehold queries;Close collaboration with JLL colleagues on the Account, including: TM colleagues, Projects Team, Occupancy Planning Team and FM TeamsUtilising JLL tools available: such as Portfolio Hub, Smartsheets to help manage/update on transaction processParticipate in the internal team calls: improvement of existing processes, weekly and monthly meetings.

At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience, acquired in the real estate sector or in a similar function3 years of higher education: Business schools or Masters specializing in real estate and finance.Excellent commercial and interpersonal skillsInnovative and enjoys working within a teamAutonomy, organization and sense of responsibilityStrong analytical skillsThe ability to navigate complex projects and organizationsFluent in EnglishOther languages desired given the very international dimension of the position
