**Transaction Delivery Team Lead**
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Transaction Delivery Team Lead for our Transaction Delivery team at our Mexico office. The ideal candidate will monitor and manage transaction case volume and workload, manage coordination efforts with key departments, identify process gaps, and improve work efficiencies. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily operations of the Transaction Delivery Team, reporting to the Transaction Delivery Supervisor.
+ Track and manage transaction case volume to ensure balanced workload and timely processing.
+ Facilitate communication and coordination with key departments for seamless transaction processing.
+ Analyze current processes to identify gaps and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
+ Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of transaction data.
+ Provide ongoing support, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members for their development and performance.
+ Serve as the primary liaison for HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, handling escalations to ensure prompt issue resolution.
+ Address and resolve complaints in a timely manner to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
**Requirements:**
**Essential:**
+ 4+ years of relevant experience..
+ Proficient in data entry and maintenance in HR systems (Workday preferred).
+ Prior experience in leading transactional processing of HR data, including historical and retroactive corrections.
+ Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
+ Experience in performing quality review of completed personnel and organizational data change actions.
+ Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
**Preferred:**
+ Expertise in using HR systems, with a strong preference for Workday, including advanced functionalities and reporting capabilities.
+ Proven experience in managing projects, particularly those related to HR data and system implementations or upgrades.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and develop effective solutions to complex issues.
+ Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
+ Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality in HR operations.
+ In-depth understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements, with experience in ensuring adherence to these standards.
+ Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
+ Experience in managing change within an organization, including communication, training, and support for new processes or systems.
**Technical Skills and Knowledge**
**Essential:**
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
+ Experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly in HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, and Knowledge Management.
+ Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
+ Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that manage and automate core business processes.
+ Awareness of human resource regulations and compliance requirements relevant to transaction processing.
+ Understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls
+ Expertise in identifying and managing risks associated with HR functions .
+ Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Languages**
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.
