TRANSACTION BANKING (TxB)

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Product Governance Associate role is responsible for defining and implementing the Product governance and oversight strategy. Working closely with Transaction Banking product teams including risk and control functions as well as our Operations colleagues to help define, implement and manage core product governance and oversight functions within TxB Product. The role requires a good understanding of payments and cash management products as well as connectivity and integration solutions for corporate clients. And ideally some background in creating and maintaining product oversight structures and mechanisms, including document management workflows and content management controls, maintaining documentation and approvals libraries, and working closely with product managers feeding new product approvals into our Product Oversight Counsel.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of Treasury/Cash Management product management/development or engineering/operations experience, ideally with a focus on end-to-end product design, product lifecycle Experience in document and content management and workflow design toolingTrack record of supporting complex teams with organizational topics, design and maintain decision making workflowsProvide training and support to client service, operations, product and business partners on new product approval guidelines, processes and workflowsContribute input into overall product strategy and support the EMEA regional product teams on general business managementPreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of cash management services and products including collections, payments, account structures, liquidity management, and virtual accountsStrong organizational skills and ability to write procedures Ability to understand and articulate product needs, and help product managers create and maintain appropriate internal and client-facing artefacts (e.g. user guides, client service documentation, implementation guides)Ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesDesirable to have working knowledge of content and document management tools (e.g. Seismic) and strong process and workflow mapping skills
