Responsibilities: 

Supporting the real estate transactions team in managing transaction deal flow, including ensuring that all relevant data and associated documents are tracked and kept updated.Supporting the real estate transaction team with processing and administration needs.Coordinating with internal stakeholders and other consultants to support transactions.Assisting in the implementation of a relevant system of metrics to plan, manage, measure and evaluate performance pertaining to the transaction process.Communicating expectations, requirements and status of deals to key business stakeholders – both internal and external.Helping to coordinate internal initiatives and projects, including various data collection. Collaborating with Client's operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax, due diligence and risk management to help deliver highly successful projects.Specific tasks:Inclusion of new opportunities in the Pipeline ToolDD instruction. TA to raise DD approval.Test fit SIM ticket instruction.Labour DD ticket instructionShield or other Internal tools updatesSEW scorecard mapsKMZ creationSST uploads and maintenanceTTs for paymentsLaunch of approval toolsWork orders/purchase orders/vendor paymentsProactively chasing (internal or external stakeholders) to ensure deal timelines are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field or equivalent experiencePreferred 2 to 5 years of relevant experienceFluent written and verbal English communication (second language (German or French) is a plus)Ability to work independently and to be proactiveProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet applicationsA track record of coordinating high-quality projects in an atmosphere where speed, flexibility, frugality and heavy workload are the expected normExperience in the business world, ideally within real estate operations.Ability to work under pressure and multi-taskHigh attention to detailFast learner and positive attitude towards change
