As **Training & Therapy Development Specialist** , you will design and execute continuing education programs for Abbott Neuromodulation (NMD) representatives. You will ensure our teams are equipped to effectively support and sell our Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) technologies, aligning with our value proposition and evolving market needs.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the DBS Product Manager for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, contributing to product and therapy development initiatives. It is designed with a clear growth path toward future leadership in product management.
**Role and Responsibilities**
+ Design, develop, and deliver continuing education programs for NMD representatives.
+ Ensure training aligns with our value proposition and market evolution.
+ Maintain deep expertise in Abbott’s DBS portfolio, clinical practices, and customer needs.
+ Develop and monitor metrics to assess training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly.
+ Ensure representatives are accredited and current on emerging therapies and technologies.
+ Translate clinical and scientific insights into strategic and commercial messaging.
+ Collaborate with the DBS Product Manager to support product launches and quarterly planning.
+ Contribute to market analysis and identify strategic opportunities and barriers.
+ Support cross-functional initiatives across sales, education, marketing, market access, and clinical teams.
+ Conduct field visits and lead training workshops, office meetings, and clinical sessions.
**Your Profile**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Devices, preferably Neuromodulation.
+ Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proven experience in training, education, or therapy development.
+ Ability to translate scientific concepts into commercial strategies.
+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15%).
+ Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
