Adhere to Integer’s values, cultural and leadership behaviors, all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including, but not limited to, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental, and Security Management Systems, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.Lead, coordinate, & manage the activities of the training team.Develop and implement strategic training programs and personnel development programs for all the company employees.Own Onboarding, On-the-Job (OTJ) Train the Trainer program, and Training within Industry (TWI) methodology, and continuously evaluate ways to improve the onboarding, training, and development process.Ensure maintenance of site training compliance and represent the company in internal and external training audits as required by regulatory bodies, customers, etc.Perform and document required annual training courses, including, but not limited to, Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Quality Management System awareness.Build training on short notice related to new processes and product rollouts, or changes.Collaborate with operations teams to identify training needs and priorities.Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and strategies, and take initiative to incorporate them into training content.Capture and measure training effectiveness to ensure they are supporting objectives, and communicate trainingStrong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuity in the processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, or an engineering-related technical field.5 years of experience in technical-operational training within an industrial environment.Experience leading teams of technical instructors.Knowledge of training methodologies (TWI, training needs analysis, DC-3, etc.).Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, process standards, and technical manuals.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong communication, leadership, and results-oriented skills.
