Your role and responsibilities

Training Specialist Senior is responsible for leading the strategic design and execution of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills, performance, and career growth of administrative personnel. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

This role is contributing to the Electrification team in Apocada, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts, operations teams, and all collaborating to develop and implement effective training programs.

You will be mainly accountable for:Talent Development: Develop and implement the annual training strategy for administrative staff, aligned with organizational goals and talent development priorities. Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Design and deliver blended learning programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning) focused on leadership, productivity, digital tools, communication, and change management.Measure the impact of training initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, retention, employee engagement, and performance metrics.Advise department leaders on individual development plans (IDPs) and succession planning for administrative roles.Manage partnerships with universities, consultants, and learning platforms to enhance the training portfolio.Oversee internal and external facilitators, ensuring consistency and quality in content delivery.Promote a culture of continuous learning through internal campaigns, learning communities, and mentoring programs.Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Acts as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Provide HR support hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.

Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, Talent Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Fluent EnglishMinimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training and talent development, preferably in multinational or complex organizational environment and experience in manufacturing environments. Proven expertise in instructional design, learning project management, and impact evaluation.Advanced knowledge of LMS platforms, agile learning methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Learning Experience Design), and digital tools. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Cross-functional leadership and influenceInnovation in learning processes. Change management. Results orientation and continuous improvement. Effective communication and organizational empathyEnthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
