**Duration: 12+ Months** **Department: Enterprise Innovation – Business Readiness & Storytelling** **Hybrid – 3days onsite / 2days remote in a week** **Job Description:** We’re looking for a creative and thoughtful Training Journey Developer & Instructional Designer to join our Business Readiness team and help bring our AI transformation initiative to life across IT. This role will design and deliver engaging, role-based learning journeys that drive adoption of AI tools and elevate overall AI and data literacy. **What You’ll Do** + Design end-to-end learning journeys and modular learning paths for various AI personas (e.g., Builders, Users, Explorers) + Develop interactive training content using Articulate Rise and manage deployment through Client Energy’s MyLearning platform + Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align training efforts to AI persona strategy and adoption roadmaps + Lead training needs assessments with product teams and stakeholders to understand system capabilities and user challenges + Deliver AI and Data Literacy foundational content as part of a broader enterprise training program + Create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and grounded in adult learning principles + Iterate based on learner feedback and adoption metrics; adjust formats and materials to support continuous learning and improvement **Tools You’ll Use** + Articulate Rise 360 + MyLearning (LMS) + Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) + Optional: Video editing tools and AI content generators for rapid prototyping **What You’ll Bring** + 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning journey development, or corporate training + Proven experience building digital learning modules in Articulate Rise or similar tools + Strong understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in digital content delivery + Ability to work collaboratively across teams and tailor learning solutions to different stakeholder needs + Familiarity or interest in AI and data concepts, with a desire to stay ahead of technology trends + Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, innovative environment **Preferred** + Experience supporting technology or IT training programs + Background in change management or business readiness + Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or enterprise AI assistants **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
