Be part of our journey to shape the future and grow with us! **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** + Identify and develop training needs for personnel in various manufacturing, certification and re-certification tasks and processes through internal stakeholder partnership. + Prepare training programs and survey employee training needs, as well as prepare the didactic material and/or arrange the needed resources. + Plan, organize, and coordinate all training activities. + Assess additional training needs and providers to meet the strategic needs of the business. + Maintain proper training documentation for all employees. + Maintain data and report out on critical training metrics for the identified locations. + Stays current with technologies and training concepts. ​ **This position is based in Blaine, MN, and our new facility will open in early 2026. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
