Type: Contract Job Title: Training Specialist Location: Hemlock, MI Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Hemlock, MI Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Education: Associate’s Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field; or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience Description Seeking a proactive Training Specialist to lead and deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) and ongoing training for new hires. This role involves presenting to large groups (50+ weekly), coordinating speakers and schedules, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from day one.
