A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the development and implementation of learning and performance support in a corporate environment is preferred A minimum of 1 year of experience in facilitation and classroom management preferred Understanding of adult learning theories and how to apply Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast pace environment with frequent changes Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction Embraces change, has passion and strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, can foster teamwork, and displays honesty and integrity in all situations Must possess a motivating personality by being the face of WWT to new and existing employees High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially PowerPoint
