This is an opportunity to support 130 employees involved in every aspect of the business; from engineering to marketing; manufacturing to customer service; onboarding to management. The Learning & Development Manager is seeking a creative person who has experience in a content development and/or instructor role to collaborate with on new training programs. Tasks and responsibilities may include: collaborating with subject matter experts; developing new training programs; leading training presentations; creating videos, illustrations, and job-aids; and administering training via the Learning Management System (LMS).
