Summary: Provide learning administrative services to support client learning and data management needs 

\n

 

\n

Duties and Responsibilities include the following

\n\n Perform data entry as it relates to learning administration\n Enter training data into learning management system (SuccessFactors) and manage requests using request management system (ServiceNow)\n Make certain client standard operating procedures, processes and service level agreements are maintained\n Identify and trouble shoot discrepancies and issues\n Escalate issues to Manager for resolution\n Able to work on 12 hours shift rotating as per schedule given \n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n Entry level for Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of successful working experience in:\n \n A learning organization\n Training administration (preferred but not required)\n Customer service\n \n Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems (preferred but not required)\n Experience in Microsoft Office suite\n Team-oriented but self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision\n Demonstrated attention to detail, strong quality focus, and well organized\n Successful prioritization of work requirements and multitasking, as necessary\n Analytical and problem solving skills\n Client focused to build and maintain professional working relationships\n Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change\n Effective oral and written communication skills with clients, leadership and team members
