Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are looking for a Training School Specialist to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL).
Reporting directly to the Training School Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of training activities for accessories installation of accessories on land Extra High Voltage cable systems, ensuring compliance with the established quality and organizational standards.
You will also:
define the specific skills and standards required for jointers qualification, such as technical knowledge, precision, speed and adherence to safety protocols.
Supervise training sessions for HV jointers and supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge related to HV/EHV accessories installation.
Follow QHSE rules and proactively contribute to their improvement and implementation according to Prysmian Quality Management System.
Support the process for harmonization of Training Schools WW.
Act as reference for BU/countries TS for harmonization and improving of training procedures and installation tools.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance within the installation teams.
You will have the chance to:
Ensure high success rate on EHV qualifications by ensuring adequacy of accessories installation.
Ensure low failure rate on installed EHV cable systems by training jointing teams.
Act as a role model for EHV cable systems installation.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
Fluent in English and Italian.
Degree in Engineering or proven technical experience
At least 3 years of experience in a technical roles.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills \
Ability to lead, train and motivate teams
Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
