Pinnacle Solutions, an Akima company, is looking for Training Quality Developer in the location Sierra Vista, Arizona. Supports the Training Quality Manager in coordinating all training activities and quality initiatives across the contract; all programs’ inspection-ready records. (As needed, training quality management is 50% LOE to both Training and Maintenance Services Task Orders, respectively, with quality emphasis toward the academic programs and training emphasis across all UAS IMS TOs). Supports compliance with instructional, support and programs records requirements. Supports compliance with PWS-required training, technical certification, qualification, and sustainment (evaluations) as needed by the Training Quality Manager for contractor instructors on Training Services and in compliance as needed with the Maintenance Services Compliance Manager and Unit Trainer. Supports records data/trend analyses and statistics for internal and external compliance that is aligned with the UAS IMS Performance Requirements Summary; briefs PM/DPMs monthly so trends can be addressed by DPM and functional area Task Leads. Responsibilities The Training Quality Developer is primarily responsible for revision and maintenance of PWS-required and technical certification training. This instructor uses a computer to organize and draft program-required training that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction, creates graphics, and integrates them into curriculum. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator based, interactive, or non-interactive. This instructor also teaches short technical courses in accordance with approved curriculum to maintain proficiency and to evaluate and develop new instructional techniques/courses. Job duties also include the following: incorporation of new curriculum in the program process (e.g., develops clarification or examples of application related to the subject matter), development assigned personnel that reflect professionalism and good discipline and enhance teaching, development of alternative teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas, and while acting as the testing officer, the conducting of test analysis and development or revision of test items. Qualifications Requires 4 years of demonstrated training management experience. Must be able to climb stairs, maneuver over uneven terrain up to 100 meters, lift 25 pounds.
