WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the assessment, development, deployment and evaluation of training programs.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assess, Develop, Deploy and Evaluate training programs to targeted internal and external customers, including development of sales employees.Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.Create training materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).Mentor others in subject knowledge, content, and course delivery (train-the trainer).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, collaboration and organizational skills. Problem solving, analytical and decision making skills, using good judgment and professionalism. Curriculum development and ability to develop soft- and hard-skills in others with sustainable behavior changes. Ability to build successful/credible relationships with a variety of business leaders and must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Identify, develop and lead the implementation of multiple projects in a fast-paced, challenging environment with competing priorities. High proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products required; Experience with Flash, Visio, Microsoft Office, WebEx is preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER: 

This position is based in the office, Monday through Friday. 

 

COMPENSATION

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $89,600 – $117,600 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
