PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To assist with the preparation and organization of standard, specialized, and technical training in designated areas; and to respond to requests for training.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Assists with program training events and tracks training progress.Helps to facilitate training.Maintains the on-line quiz program.Schedules virtual and/or onsite training sessions.Conducts basic systems training.Communicates training progress to appropriate parties.Identifies and resolves problems and issues with training projects.Aides in the maintenance of training web sites, materials, and supplies.Tracks post-designation training compliance.QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include previous administrative experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsAnalytical and interpretive skillsOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesWORK ENVIRONMENT
