JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Managing the day-to-day operations of the pilot plant Planning and organization of the pilot plant Lead the Brewing days, and act as an brewing ambassador for the different groups that will be brewing (newcomers, team building activities, visitors, etc.) Preparation of the pilot plant, including raw materials. Support the sourcing of raw materials for the brewing recipes Collaborate with Engineering team for Repair & Maintenance of the plant, as well as technical improvements

 

Capability building in brewing Work together with the TPM/training team to increase capability in the brewing department Create training materials for Brewing department

 

Support problem-solving on brewing technology Supports the brewing technologist in problem-solving and increase the quality of RCFA and TPM teams.
