Training Manager
Description Position at SBM Management

We are looking for a Training Manager! The Training Manager will be responsible for organizing, planning, and assisting in the development of SBM’s Training program, processes and course materials based on the guidelines set by the Training Department. The individual will be responsible for assessing training needs, coaching, and implementing to ensure consistent training execution and compliance.

Responsibilities 

Primary liaison to field and departments for TrainingConduct needs analysis studies and confer with Subject Matter Experts to determine training needs and support SBM Corporate, Operations and Training Department initiativesResponsible for onboarding new Associate App/Mobile sites onto the Training program in partnership with 4insite and Operations teamsWork with Field Leadership to onboard non-Associate App sites as neededAssist in the planning, development and roll-out of training initiativesProvide training, coaching and support to Managers on training delivery expectations, manual transcript validation, best practices, and program executionOnboard and support new (transition) sites onto training programResearch and work with SMEs to evaluate and update existing training materials/curriculum and archive outdated training materials/curriculumWork with existing training processes and systems to develop and improve process flowsCommunicate new content and required training to organization and stakeholdersActs as a "filter" for new content requests and communicates priority to video content teamHelp identify needs for new content development and supports creation of content as neededPartner with LMS Manager to ensure sites are meeting their Training Compliance goals and provides support and mitigation efforts as neededMaintain records and provide reports as needed in support of Training Department KPIsProvide proactive solutions and recommendations to quickly navigate through challenges encountered within the Training programSeek feedback often and adjust approach based on needs of the field and organizationSome travel may be required based on business needsThe above list is not all inclusive – other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; 2-4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceField/Operations experience preferredFoster a collaborative work environment and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organizationPossess strong communication and interpersonal skillsPresents challenges in a professional manner with a focus on partnershipPrioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and be adaptable to changeExcellent written and verbal skills; detail orientated and accurateAbility to read and interpret documents and write reports, trainings and/or correspondenceAbility to present in front of groups as neededStrong reasoning and critical thinking agility with a focus on solutionsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentProficiency in MS Suite and Smartsheet

Compensation: $100,000 - 150,000 per year
